The apartment was located in a great location close to the university and public transport. It was very tidy and Neel was an attentive host who was always quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Nicholas for having me at Granny Flat. It was the perfect place for me to visit Birmingham and its surroundings. It was very quiet, clean and I felt comfortable. Every thing you need is conveniently within reach (shops, transports..). I also enjoyed the Canal walk from there to get to the city center. I'll definitely book again if I need to be back in Birmingham.

Just had an amazing three night stay in The Loft. Easy check in with great communication. Place was spotless and so peaceful. Walks right from the doorstep which was perfect for us and the Manifold Inn an easy 20min walk on quiet country lane. Food was delicious. Highly recommend a stay here and would love to return. Keep up the good work. :)

Loved staying at Steve and Donna’s place. When you first drive up to Donna and Steve’s place, the Vicarage, recently renovated,you get a real wow factor. Our accommodation above the garage and opposite the main house. When you enter the accommodation immediately you feel very comfortable and at home. Donna and Steve have done a marvellous job with styling, building, colour scheme and fixtures! The accommodation is in a very pretty, quiet and charming village, lovely to walk around. If you have bikes to explore, there’s a lock up shed. Donna and Steve are wonderful hosts, friendly, helpful and very chatty and made us feel at home. We absolutely loved our stay at The vicarage and would love to return and would most definitely recommend it! Thank you both.

Wonderful stay at the very aptly named 'Snug' - cosy and yet with every useful amenity and spotlessly clean. Just fantastic. Also a lovely Nespresso selection, every type of tea imaginable and biscoff as well as chocolate snacks helped every day get off to a good start and end comfortably. The hosts are so thoughtful and flexible checkout was an added bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

Very beautiful surroundings and cleverly executed indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage rooms! Some minor issues with the heating of the Manners and sounds of the swimmers below however it’s a great little escape! Highly recommend it.

Amazing house, so much to do! Table with table tennis and pool table plus a cupboard full of games. Lovely comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely recommended.

Lovely home from hove stayed in other house before and this one is just as perfect , we come to see our 3 yr old grandaughter so it was lovely for her to come around and feel like it was our home or as She did say Nannys holiday house 😀 House was clean tidy and beautifully presented Easy to find and a peacefull location comunicated realy well Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Josh's comprehensive directions made the cottage easy to find. The cottage is in a lovely location with extensive views and easy access to a range of footpaths including some which went through bluebell-carpeted woods nearby. We enjoyed the peaceful evenings in particular which we spent on the raised deck in the garden. Josh's description of the cottage is accurate, it's is quirky but characterful, comfortable, full of charm and with a relaxed feel. The gardens at the cottage are not enclosed with dog-proof fences - Josh's information was clear this was not the case and that as the cottage is in a sheep-farming area any dogs should be kept on leads when in the garden and of course when being taken for walks. I took long leads for our dogs and tied them off on fixed points so the dogs could roam the gardens without risk of them escaping. Wall in all we had a good time at Josh's cottage and would be happy to return.

Jan was a fantastic host, so friendly and welcoming on our arrival. We had five wonderful nights at the property, which was beautifully decorated and really spacious for two people. We really appreciated the books about local walks and the small but very functional kitchen which had absolutely everything we needed for cooking meals. The hot tub was an absolute dream in the evenings after a long day out walking at various locations nearby and across the Peak District. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in this part of the country. Thanks so much Jan!

We loved our stay - what a find! Rebecca and Liam were brilliant hosts and the property is beautiful - so peaceful, lovely location, clean, check-in and out was so easy and we enjoyed Blists Victorian Village, Ironbridge and West Midland Safari Park during over weekend. It's like a home from home! A very well equipped and comfortable place to stay. Beautiful walks from the door and a good selection of pubs within walking distance.

Great place and location. Easy to check in and good communication throughout. Would recommend although be aware no door lock in the room.

A great host and an amazing stay! Everything was thought out in the Airbnb and we felt right at home. We will definitely be staying again.

Thank you for a great stay, perfect for the 3 nights we were there as a family. Used it as a base to go to Cadbury world, monstertruck show and Warwick castle. There are lovely restaurants down by the canals which is a few minutes walk away.

Great flat. Very comfortable. Good location, very central so easy to walk every where.

Well worth a visit to the gem of a location. Just don’t book when I want to visit 🤣
