An excellent few nights at this wonderful home. All we needed for a few relaxing nights away and a trip to Alton towers ! Pictures don’t do it justice, it is wonderful. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Wonderful bungalow. Perfect for all our families to meet up & enjoy each others company. We had a toddler, & 3 children under 9, so perfect that they could run around safely. Hot tub a great bonus.

The accommodation was great, clean & the hot tub outside really sets it apart from other places. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent three nights at Sue’s farmhouse and it couldn’t be better. It is quite remote which means peace and fresh air, but also accessible to Ashbourne for food and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable (considering myself to be quite picky with beds and pillows). The kitchen is very well equipped and we had everything we need for cooking dinner. Thanks for your hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay.

Jan was a fantastic host, so friendly and welcoming on our arrival. We had five wonderful nights at the property, which was beautifully decorated and really spacious for two people. We really appreciated the books about local walks and the small but very functional kitchen which had absolutely everything we needed for cooking meals. The hot tub was an absolute dream in the evenings after a long day out walking at various locations nearby and across the Peak District. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in this part of the country. Thanks so much Jan!

We had the best stay at Claire's property. It was the perfect location in the peak district with good hikes within a short drive. The views from the garden were incredible, being able to watch the sunset from the hot tub was very cool. Everyone loved the property, it was clean, spacious and perfect for a big group. Some lovely little touches too, including a bakewell pudding on arrival. Thank you so much for having us, will hopefully be back again in the future!

Great place for me and my family to be together over Easter and to celebrate my sons birthday in one house with enough space for us all and bonus to have after a long day walking around places to have shower and time in the hot tub 😀 Lovely to have nice welcome goodies as well

A great stay in a pleasant location - the property is easy to find, has straightforward, private parking & an impressively spacious footprint. The attention-to-detail of what is provided in the property is exceptional; essentially a full breakfast offering & an impressively-equipped kitchen in which I was able to prepare even a complex meal. Cleanliness was excellent & comfort levels high throughout.

A lovely peaceful location. Plenty of home comforts. Suited us perfectly. Near to some great spots around the river Severn. Telford, Much Wenlock, Bewdley. In essence, the countryside at its best 😊😊😊

Sometimes you stay in places that are nice but you think your home is nicer, so it’s all a bit pointless. Well, not this place. The cabin is tastefully decorated, with small touches that have been thought through and considered - like the choice of books (not often you see Jumpa Lahiri in a collection!), the lighting, the comfy bed, the shower, etc. It’s all fabulous. The brook outside is soothing and the surrounding walks are beautiful. I’d love to come back in the autumn, when the leaves are turning and we get to light the wood burner. It’s rare that I get the ‘moving out of London’ fantasies - but this place certainly made me have a few!

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend
