Ad 1 km dal casello autostradale di Rioveggio, l'appartamento fa parte della villa in cui abito con la mia famiglia. L'accesso per gli ospiti è indipendente, dalla grande terrazza, senza scale. Nel piazzale condiviso, dove sono presenti 2 cani innocui, si può parcheggiare l'auto. Appartamento ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. D'estate è sempre fresco, anche senza aria condizionata. Sprovvisto di cucina, ma sono presenti microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffè (con caffè), bollitore e stoviglie.

Vicino a negozi, farmacia, pub, ristoranti e pizzeria . E' immerso nel verde con sentieri CAI, ideali per passeggiate, trekking e bici.
