No detail is overlooked at this charming and upscale place to stay. we look forward to helping you enjoy your stay at our 11-bedroom mini-hotel. we do offer breakfast/lunch/and dinner from our restaurant, Emerald Sunset View, which is 10 minutes away from the hotel, at an additional fee. we have beach access that is a ten-minute walk/ site seeing the island/ swim with the sharks/feed the swimming pigs, see the iguanas,visit rachel bubble bath, snorkel at the Thunderball grotto.(additional fee)

Seashell Cottage is located on Black Point Exuma Cays it was not affected by hurricane Dorian ,we are booking reservations for this comming winter.It has a 360 degrees of the water the Atlantic Ocean and the Bahama Banks,outside decks,fully furnished,wi fi ,airconditioned ,kitchen utensils linens including Beach towels.Steps leading to the beach.There are two options of getting to Black Point Exuma from Nassau via Titanair and Flamingo Air.Both airlines has dail flights into Black Point Exuma.

Cool Cozy Cottage Book Your Winter Getaway Now!

Our Cool Cozy and comfortable one bedroom cottage .It has a true island coastal feeling ,it is situated on the water and has a dock at your front door it is walking distance to resturants, food stores, night life etc. It is 20 mins from Pig Island where the Famous Swimming Pigs resides. Getting here one would have to fly into Nassau Bahamas then take Flamingo Air or Titanair from Nassau into Black Point Exuma Cays. Please bring some cash along. There is no atm or bank here on the island.

This home boasts (2) ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms plus a 360 degree viewing loft which can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Situated on almost 3 acres. A boat + golf cart referral can be provided if you are interested. The land, sea & sky are nothing short of intoxicating in this island paradise.

NEW Staniel Cay Cottage Right On The Beach

Sweet Cottage is a cozy and cute beach front villa located in the southern side of Staniel Cay. The villa is directly on the beach and comes complete with dockage space if you’d like to rent a boat during your stay. The villa is new and just completed in 2020. You can enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the porch or sitting at the end of the dock. This open home has a complete kitchen with a table and two chairs with amazing views through the two sets of french doors.
