The Coach House at Rivendell is an idyllic stone cottage in a courtyard beside the Magical Barn which is also available on Airbnb. Pretty Country Cottage which has recently been refurbished. Set within the estate of Bavington Hall. There are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level. Downstairs is the comfortable lounge which leads to a dining area. The kitchen is accessed from the dining area. A popular area with walkers. Local attractions include The Hadrian’s Wall, Kielder Reservoir, Alnwick Castle and many National Trust Properties. Nearby are the towns of Morpeth, Hexham and Corbridge.

Best views in Pennines, comfortable cottage

Lovely 18th Century cottage. Family weekend retreat for 40 years. Warm, comfortable, peaceful. On Pennine Way and C2C cycle route. Walker's paradise. WIFI + smart TV with Freeview Access by steep track, unsuitable for wheelchair. 5 minutes to village shop. 4 miles Alston for supermarkets, antiques, wholefood shop, petrol, pharmacy, steam railway. Hadrian's Wall 1 hour, Northern Lakes 60 minutes, Newcastle 90 mins, Manchester 150 mins. The most relaxing place we know.
