16 people is an Airbnb web site limitation. Sleeps up to 22. A Real Log Cabin & Bass Lake Dream Experience! Your Health and Safety are important to me as your Host! I am very conscientious about bleaching/sterilizing and sanitizing every surface, light switch, door handle, every load of laundry etc. in the cabin between guests. Luxurious, romantic & memorable for all. Perfect for large groups, family reunions, business team building, bonding & enjoying quality time having fun together.

Lakefront cottage on Koontz Lake

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom with hide a bed cottage has a beachy theme. It shares a fire pit and patio with owner. Access to pier if you bring your boat. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided. There is a local brewery and other restaurants nearby. 30 minutes to South Bend and 20 minutes to Plymouth. We look forward to sharing our cute little cottage on the lake. Managed by Deb Minich.

Koontz Lake Waterfront Cottage- Near Notre Dame

Hello and welcome to our cozy cottage on the lake! This small town lakefront experience is so peaceful and relaxing and perfect for a family getaway. This is a 3 bedroom home that sleeps 10 guests with one king bed, 4 twin beds (includes one set of bunk beds), one full bed and one Queen sleeper sofa. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, bedroom #2 has (4) twin beds and bedroom #3 has a full bed. The sleeper sofa is located in the family room, overlooking the lake.

Home on Koontz Lake, Culver and Notre Dame games!

Looking for a relaxing lake vacation? There is something to do every season! We accommodate 7 people comfortably. There is a dock to tie up your boat, fish or just enjoy sitting in the sun. There is a deck that overlooks the lake, where you can relax, grill or enjoy a few libations. Notre Dame is about 30 minutes away. There are also many places to visit and things to do, including places to eat, festivals, wineries and did I mention great fishing?

Hampton House - Lakefront/Pier/Kayaks/Outdoor Bar

Beautifully decorated Lake house on the water with stunning views. Home has been completely redone - everything is brand new (and extremely comfortable!), including furniture, mattresses, & bedding! Private Pier w/ Lake access. Kayaks and Stand up Paddle board included with rental! The lake is perfect for swimming & water sports! Locally you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The perfect Lake house vacation!
