Comfortable summer house (120 m2) in two floors with 75 m to the beach. Master bedroom with bathroom upstairs in a mezzanin facing the sea. Second bedroom and bathroom with cosy furnished patio towards open terrace with grill-place in the back. Spacious, open living room with 6 m to the ceiling integrated with open, fully equipped kitchen. In the front is a paved driveway for 2 cars in line and a welcoming, furnished terrace facing a beautiful garden with a small pool and an outdoor shower.

There is a direct access to the beach and the area is well-known for water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, wingfoil, surf and many other activities.
