Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

It is spacious apartment for my wife and me to stay in for the weekend with lots of nice amenities. Easy walk to the downtown area, massive bed, great selection of simple entertainment (books and TV streaming apps). The Berkey water filter was a nice touch too.

Desire and Scottys place was even cuter than the pictures. it had everything we needed and things we didn't realize that made our stay a home away from home. It was a peaceful place to relax in after a day of hiking and wineries in the area. It was also nice to be able to walk to dinner and explore town. Will definitely come back when we are in the area again.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Top apartment, terrific location. It's a comfortable place with a well-organized and equipped kitchen, a lovely new bathroom, and glistening polished floors throughout. The location is great, a six-minute walk if that from downtown Lexington and nice restaurants. There's also an ample balcony with adirondack chairs though it was too cool for us to use it. We would happily return.

A home away from home. Susan has thought of the little things one needs when traveling. Her place is extremely clean, lovely space, and the perfect walk from everything Staunton has to offer. It's our 4th or 5th time staying with her- enough said.

This was a perfect stay for our overnight in the area. Our host was very accommodating and thoughtful. The Brita water pitcher filled and cold was a nice touch after a long day. The beds were comfortable and the environment was spotless!

Lovely place to stay, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Close to UVa, and to restaurants and cafes in and near downtown. The host was very friendly and proactive. Would definitely stay here again!

We visited for my husband’s alumni weekend and had a packed itinerary of hikes and tours, so it was such a gift to come home to this peaceful garden retreat. The screened-in porch was our favorite spot—perfect for unwinding and soaking in the Charlottesville views. The space was also comfortable and amenable to our two young kids, making it an easy and relaxing stay for the whole family.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Corner! The area was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Having the fenced in backyard was a huge bonus with our dog and son. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We had two adults and two teenagers on this trip and there was plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. We LOVED the decor. Everything was visually appealing and comfortable. There was so much to do within walking distance or a very short drive. We enjoyed great restaurants, shopping, a tour of the Grand Caverns, and the Frontier Culture Museum all during our short stay. We hope to come back again and would definitely stay here again.

Our family of five had a great stay at The Wine Cellar. The home was clean and well decorated, the beds were comfortable and it was walking distance to a host of really great restaurants on Main Street. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay. I loved that all the rooms had at least a full bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the views were great. There is literally nothing this host could do to make this place better.

Had a great stay for a few nights in this condo. Comfortable and clean as a lovely escape while we enjoyed local hikes and breweries. Convenient to the wintergreen market which was helpful for what we may have forgotten or for anything else we wanted. Looooved having the wood burning fireplace too! We’d love to come back.

Very wonderful stay! Mary was very responsive and attentive. It was a bit cold when we first arrived, but once we lit a fire in the fireplace, it warmed the place right up. It was a bit farther from the wintergreen resort than we thought, but luckily we were able to have my sister drop us off at the front. Overall very comfortable and quite relaxing!

It was great! I didn’t realize just how close it is to the slopes. We just walked straight to the resort. The people at the resort were nice and the random people we met. It’s a great spot to stay.

Cute 1 bedroom condo on top of the mountain at a ski resort. Would deff book again if looking for a place in area.

We had such a lovely stay at this cute mountainside condo! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. Doug’s recommendations for local food spots and hiking trails were so helpful!

Mary’s place was exactly what we needed for our family with small children. The kids loved eating on the deck and being able to sleep in the same room but in their own bed. They had games available and everything was nice and clean. Mary was also quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
