The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Antonia Traditional Estate, a brand new fully equipped estate, designed with Venetian characteristics is located in the heart of the Old Town of Chania ( just 1’ away from the city center). Το Antonia Traditiοnal Estate, ένα ολοκαίνουριο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι, σχεδιασμένο με Βενετσιάνικα χαρακτηριστικά, βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της Παλιάς Πόλης (1' με τα πόδια από το κέντρο) . Συγκεκριμένα, βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 100μ. από τη Δημοτική Αγορά της πόλης και μόλις 50μ. από το Ενετικό λιμάνι.

Προσφέρει κήπο με εξωτερική πισίνα, βεράντα και εγκαταστάσεις Barbeque. Στις εγκαταστάσεις λειτουργεί δωρεάν ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με φούρνο, ηλεκτρικές εστίες μαγειρέματος και ψυγείο. Επίσης, σε όλους τους χώρου παρέχεται δωρεάν wi-fi. Η Villa Merina περιλαμβάνει πετσέτες και κλινοσκεπάσματα.

Το Εffrosini Panorama View βρίσκεται στο χωριό Κωσταδιανά Κισσάμου. Είναι κατάλληλο για ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση αφού βασικό του προτέρημα είναι η ησυχία καθώς στο χωριό διαμένουν λιγότεροι από 10 κάτοικοι. Ιδανικό μέρος για να μείνετε αν θέλετε να επισκεφθείτε τις παγκοσμίως γνωστές παραλίες του Μπάλου, του Ελαφονήσιου και τα Φαλάσαρνα εφόσον το χωριό βρίσκεται στο κεντρικό σημείο όλων των γνωστών προορισμών του Νομού Χανίων. Το σπίτι φιλοξενεί έως και 4 άτομα.

The location of the residence offers the guest tranquility and moments of unique relaxation. Wonderful landscapes with trees surround the exterior of the house, in a lush natural environment.

Oasis in the city center

Single bedroom house in the very centre of Chania , within walking distance of every sight of interest in the city. Our house , renovated in 2018 , is equipped with all the amenities you might need for a short or an extended stay . The front yard that appears in the photos is shared with the guests of another house but there will always be enough space for everyone. The local tax of 8€ is enforced by the tax authorities and is not a revenue for us.

It is fully equipped with electrical devices & furnitures, which makes it ideal for couples, small families and business travelers.

Spitaki in the village, Kissamos

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.

Stone house in the old Harbour, Casa di Stella

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Χανίων, 90 μέτρα από το Ενετικό λιμάνι και 230 μέτρα από την παραλία του Κούμ Καπί. Ιδανικό για να εξερευνήσετε τα γραφικά σοκάκια με τα πόδια. Είναι ένα διώροφο πέτρινο κτίσμα του 15ου αιώνα που κατοικήθηκε το 1940 από την γιαγιά μας Στέλλα και τα παιδιά της και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2018.
