Thank you for excellent hospitality from Ivaylo as usual and this is not my first time to stay in his place. The apartment is sparkling clean. Very good location near to shopping mall, big kaufland supermarket, and bus stop. Perfect place to stay.

The place is great - looks exactly as the photos. Clean and neat, the stay was really great. The only thing was that the neighbours were a little noisy, but nothing too problematic

Leiligheten var akkurat som beskrevet og behagelig å bo i. Det er flere dagligvare butikker i gå avstand, i tillegg til et par spisesteder. Det tar ca 10min å gå til bussen som går til sentrum. Verten er veldig hjelpsom og er rask til å svare. Har bare positive ting å si om henne. Greit å vite: Anbefaler ikke leiligheten for de som er dårlig til beins ettersom heisen ikke fungerer. Leiligheten ligger også opp en bakke. Men dersom dette ikke er et problem, er dette absolutt en god leilighet å bo i ❤️

I had a splendid time again there! It occurred that I had a bit of a trouble with something in my own organisation abd shared my issue with Jivka. Jivka responded immediately and suggested a solution to my problem, came right away to bring me what I needed. She is so joyful and spreads positive vibes. I am in love with the place. Cosy, stylish, very well organised and clean apartment, I found everything needed for a comfortable stay. Antonina has taken care for the comfort of her guests, the atmosphere in the bedroom is very nice and relaxing and there are some interesting books for reading. The location is great, there is a public transport station right in front of the building and it is easy to get to the city centre and other points. A grocery, pharmacy, stadium, the Varna Grand mall are super close to the place. Antonina is welcoming, helpful and cheerful person with a great energy. My time there flew in an instant. I hope for my next visit to Varna to be able to stay longer and enjoy the place. I definitely recommend it!

A really great place to stay. We were there for a work trip and it was the perfect place to stay. Really clean and a lovely design. There is no view really, because of the neighbourhood but they managed to make the balcony cute and cozy. May be the only thing that bothered us a little was the parking. Our car is not a jeep thus when trying to get down the slope our car got dragged. However there is plenty of space outside of the hotel. Overall the place was great, we were really surprised by the organisation. Everything was easy to reach, an app that tells you everything - restaurants, taxi, order in, breakfast. Recommend!
