You can kick back and relax on the outdoor terrace and enjoy the caribbean breeze. It’s just a 5 minute walk to beach and famous Villa Cofresi. Near to bank, supermarkets, convenience store, laundromat, restaurants, bars, downtown plaza, gas stations and hospital. Just a 5 minute drive to Rincon’s famous beaches.

Downtown Studio Apartment

Cozy Studio located in the busy Downtown area. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, markets, a 24 hour gas station, pharmacies, a hospital, and beaches; all at walking distance for an enhanced experience in Town. Can get loud some nights in the seasonal time (Mondays and Thursdays specifically), not ideal for kids, online work, or early bedtimes. The studio itself is a welcoming and modern space. Perfect for relaxing in or getting ready for adventure in town. Pets must be approved by host.

Nearby are restaurants, bakery, supermarket and many other. You will need a car to move around, no public transportation is available around the area. No pets allowed.
