This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Our apartment is a spacious 50sqm large apartment with one double bedroom, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and a large open plan living/dining area that has a fully equipped kitchen. The couch in the living room can easily be transformed into a bed and thus accommodate one additional person. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a small building whith big terrace and surrounded by a cultivated garden.
