Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils.

Luxurious and totally private suite with ensuite and kitchenette, set back in a stunning, peaceful garden, detached from house with own private entrance. Within walking distance to local amenities, village pubs and beautiful countryside, walks and bicycle paths alongside the river only minutes away. Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Estate House Cottage

Stay in the beautiful setting of Holme Pierrepont, a semi- rural location yet only ten minutes drive from the centre of Nottingham and next door to The National Water Sports Centre. The Cottage was originally the Estate office to the Tudor, Holme Pierrepont Hall, still a family home to descendants of the Pierrepont's.

Private Annex near Melton Mowbray

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
