The living room & open plan kitchen diner are very spacious indeed as the house is actually a 4 bed, but we list it as 2 bed to attract smaller groups out of season - choose which 2 bedrooms you want for your group!

As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. The main house sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 king ensuites plus 1 king and 1 twin sharing a large luxury bathroom). There is a basement cinema, 2 lounges, dining room and laundry rooms. Above the large games room are 2 additional , ensuite, superking bedrooms ( without the sea views of the rest of the house.). The Lodge sleeps up to 14 in total, perfect to accommodate larger gatherings in comfort.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.
