Retreat from the city in the magical small mountain village of Stonewall. Monument Lake (<10 min), North Lake (<15 min), Bear Lake, Blue Lake, and Trinidad Lake State Park are all a short distance from the cabin. Enjoy fishing, hiking, and hunting in the comforts of home. Charming Train Depot built in 1890

Enjoy a piece of railroad history! This train depot, built in 1890 was once located in Maxwell, New Mexico. This piece of history is beautifully refinished and is located in the country club addition of Raton. The nostalgic kitchen has the original writing on the walls, as the passengers went through and signed their names. The signatures are now kept behind plexiglass to preserve the handwriting.
