Cheltenham, Worcester & Stratford Upon Avon are just a short drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Luxury holiday home near Stratford-Upon-Avon

Our luxury 2 bedroom holiday home is right next to the River Avon, with over a mile of free fishing, a launch pontoon for kayaking, SUP or even wild swimming! Beautiful well cared for sites with restaurant, crazy golf, play area, crown bowling green and a short walk or drive into historic Stratford upon Avon. Double glazed with central heating, main bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom. The sofa is also a small double bed, making this a 6 berth. Parking bay is at the side of the home.

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. A Brand new cosy Shepards hut for two, Relax in the countryside just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our beautiful Shepards hut has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. It is completely on its own with totally private use of all the space you can just relax and forget about the world during your stay. The Shepards hut is a cosy space with views of of our beautiful horses to the front and a lovely nature pond to the left.

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake.
