Do you want a spot on the sea, your apartment just steps from the Adriatic Sea? Want to relax in the beautiful garden with rich shadow, while your children play in the garden or swim in the sea in front of the house? Our apartment "Haliaetum" is located in a family villa by the sea, on the walkway to the San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

New small studio in center of Portoroz.

• New smaller Cozy Flet “studio” in the Center of Portoroz, less then 200m from Central sand beach and one minute walk from main Bus station, super market and local bars and restaurants. The flat is in the building in the first floor on the right. This year with a new comfy bed.Private toilet is seperate from the room but only 2 meters down the hall. Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Very charming apartment in a fantastic location directly in front of the sea : nice and rare terrace with wonderful and direct Adriatic seaview ! Located in the quiet heart of Piran, superb venetian old city, close to restaurants, shops and local market. The luminous studio can accomodate 2 adults guests and is modernly renovated. Welcome in Piran, venetian jewel ! Note : Due to Covid, a reinforced cleaning and disinfection protocol is applied between each traveler.

Questa via è centralissima, in una zona ricca di storia, dove si trovano tutte le attività culturali, commerciali e i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno durante il soggiorno. Casa Zen dista 200 m dalla splendida Piazza Unità d'Italia, 100 m dal Canale Ponterosso, Piazza della Borsa e a 1 minuto da Molo Audace. Dalla stazione ferroviaria si arriva a piedi in 5/10 minuti.

House have a self entrance for studio. With one bed (90x200), one double bed (160x200), one bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with one cooker, coffee maker and mini fridge. Bed sheets and towels are included. Free WiFi . 1 min walk from beach. You can find a shop with all you need around the corner or visit colourful market, bakery & good restaurants within 5 min. The House is near bus station. NO PARKING!!!

Elegant classic apartment - New - Center

The apartment, recently renovated and located in the center of Trieste (10 minutes walk from Piazza Unità), was designed to immerse guests in the history of the city. The neighborhood (the renowned "Viale XX Settembre", originally the "Aqueduct"), the building, the furnishings, the books ... everything brings back to the rich tradition of Trieste! MiraMar - Extraordinary sea view apartment

Attic apartment with its own entrance, large balcony & hidden terrace: a unique view over the Adriatic sea. Children & pets friendly, located just 10 min walk from Piran' s city center, but up on a hill. Very quiet area to relax and enjoy. Private parking place in shade in front of the house, which is rare for Piran' s area. The view is breathtaking! Quite and green neighbourhood. Perfect stay for families.

Apartment in villa in Strunjan near Piran

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.

Appartamento molto suggestivo con travi a vista che oltre la posizione invidiabile con la vista sul centro storico si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia cittadina. Appartamento e piccolo ma con i spazi ben organizzati ed e ideale per 4 persone. Volendo ci possono stare 6 persone usufruendo dell divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno.
