Faye was very responsive host and her staffs are very friendly , the villa was beautiful, felt like you're in a 5 stars villa! Me and my families had so much fun, I definitely recommend and will be back again ! ❤️

We had a great stay! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable for my family. The caretaker was kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated the owner allowing all 13 of us to stay, even though the accommodation is meant for 12. The only downside was that the kitchen tools were a bit incomplete—it would be even better if more kitchen essentials were provided. Overall, a great experience and we’d love to come back!

Hands down one of the best accommodation we've rented! Host was very accommodating, friendly, generous at sobrang daling kausap! Lahat kami ng family at mga kaibigan namin nag enjoy. Much appreciated that he even welcomed us when we arrived and made sure that we were settled before leaving us the place. He also extended our stay since we checked in late. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and will surely book again! 👍🏻

We enjoyed our stay here, near Koreatown so there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out process are smooth and the host is very responsive to all our inquiries. We'd love to stay here again when we visit Pampanga.

Great Place, beautiful house and the design. Close to the sea, beach is beautiful and no people there. Great family time. We had some technical issues- no water on the upper floors almost everyday or very low pressure of water. I'd strongly suggest to cover the tools and all the items from the housekeeper's accommodation area as it spoils the beautiful surroundings of the villa. Wonderful Place with minor imperfections

One of the best bnbs I’ve stayed so far! Liam’s place — The Fairway Villa, really exceeds my expectation to the point that we extended our stay for one more night because we didn’t want to leave the house yet because it is really beautiful and clean. My family and I had a lovely and peaceful stay. We experienced living into a dream luxurious home once in our lives. Liam is very responsive and Tony, the caretaker, is kind and helpful too. You don’t need to worry about the small details such as distilled/mineral water, towels, tissues, garbage bags because they were all provided. It was just 10 minutes away from SM San Fernando Pampanga and it is Grabable. There’s a golf cart there but we can’t use because it belongs to the owner of the house. I wish they have a separate golf cart or just e-bike for the guests for those who want to roam around the neighborhood. The place is perfect also for a nice run during sunset which we also did. I recommended this place! :-) We’ll be back too

The place is beautiful and very clean. We had relaxing day and it walking distance to the beach. The host is v Proactive.All Our requests have been satisfied. Definitely will stay here in the future.

Douglas, was very easy to communicate and also Casa J is very good to stay in my friends and I enjoyed staying here definitely a must go back place when we held another reunion or any party with family and friends.

Super thank you po for the extended accommodation sa other concerns namin like extra pan, gas, water, etc. Although a lot happened like some issues in the restroom and the power interruption, you managed to compensate by letting us stay beyond our original checkout time. Amazing Stay at Balay Angkan! Balay Angkan is stunning & peaceful, perfect for big groups like families. We stayed for 3D2N, 18 pax at first then 7 more joined. We paid PHP 1,250 per extra guest. The villa is huge, very clean & aesthetic. For PHP 30k-35k/night (depending on season), you get the whole beautiful villa! The infinity pool, rooms & complete kitchen were amazing. There’s a long table perfect for gatherings. We just shopped & cooked our meals. There’s also a grill. Lots of bonding areas like the poolside long table & terrace upstairs. We also enjoyed videoke! So peaceful & quiet! The admins, especially Sir Don & Ms. Jen, were very responsive, kind & patient. The caretakers were also very helpful. Only downside was we weren’t allowed late checkout until 1 PM, but overall everything was perfect! Highly recommended—just make sure to book early as it’s always fully booked!

The resort itself was nice and spacious, cleanliness could have been better (restrooms) but overall good for a night's stay. I still rated it a 5 since my folks enjoyed our stay, we also did an event that was successful. Thank you
