Gorgeously decked out condo with amazing views year round. Take a shuttle directly from the property down to Sugar Mountain in the winter, or enjoy the mild summer days, breathtaking foliage in fall, and verdant spring hikes. Minutes from Grandfather Mountain, Linville Gorge, Hawks Nest Mountain Tubing & Ziplining, Beech and Appalachian Mountain Ski resorts. Close to outlets, breweries, tons of shopping, local art, Tweetsie Railroad, downtown Boone etc. Seriously, this is our happy place!

Wake up to beautiful SUNRISES while sitting back relaxing and taking in the wonderful views from private back deck. The new clubhouse is located next door to our condo and has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna & fitness room. Skiing in the winter, hiking, tennis/pickle ball, mountain biking all right outside your condo Ski In/Ski Out with access to Sugar Slalom (50 yards) or Oma's Meadow (150) yards from Building 1 at Sugar Ski & Country Club. Close to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, etc.

4900 Ft Up, Unobstructed Blue Ridge Sunrise Views

It's 91° back home. Up here at 4,900 feet, it's ten degrees cooler with a breeze — windows-open weather, all summer. Your private balcony faces nothing but Blue Ridge ridgelines — no rooftops, no power lines, just layers of blue fading into the horizon. Guests say they planned their next trip before checkout. Most of them mean it. The heated indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna? Thirty seconds from your door. But you'll understand why people stay on the balcony until the coffee goes cold.

Just 300 yards from mountain bike trails and Oma's Meadow Ski Lift. Free wifi, 55-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, loft bedroom with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, equipped kitchen, and amenity fob to access the clubhouse’s pool and hot tub. No A/C, but cool nights and screens allow for mountain breezes.

Wrap yourself in cozy comfort when you check into this delightful studio condo near the top of Sugar Mountain. Enjoy mountain and slope views from the balcony, or cook a meal in the kitchen. Relax by the electric fire place after a day of skiing, hiking or golfing on Sugar Mountain. This property is perfectly equipped for 2-3 people with a King bed and sleeper sofa. If you're looking for the most bang for your buck look no further. Oma's Meadow (ski slope), is a short stroll away.

Come visit western North Carolina. At 5000 ft our condo complex has great access to Oma’s Meadow run on Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and nearby restaurants. We’re also close to Grandfather Mountain State Park. Our efficiency unit features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, duo Keurig coffee maker, and smart TV for streaming. Make Sugar Mountain your quick getaway destination. Be sure to use a parking pass during your stay (provided). Air cooling provided by mountain breezes. (No A/C)

Cozy Condo 200 Yards from Sugar Mountain Lodge

Our one bedroom is located right on sugar mountain you are within a short waking distance to the bottom of the mountain!! We also provide our guests with a locker (details given at check in) you can leave skis and snowboards so you don't have to walk back and forth with your gear!! You are close to several great restaurants and about 2 miles from the closest grocery store. My husband and I are local so we are available to answer any questions you may have.

6 guests-2 bedrooms-3 beds-2 full baths Welcome to our condo! We are located 5000 feet up on Sugar Mountain with ski-in and ski-out access. This beautiful setting is part of Sugar Ski and Country Club, which offers an indoor pool and hot tub, gym, tennis and a private clubhouse. The Space This condo is 900 square feet of living space and offers a private balcony overlooking Oma's Meadow. We are conveniently located right across from the main clubhouse.
