Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonicu s tušem, dodatni toalet, kuhinju, blagovaonicu i dnevni boravak s kaučem na razvlačenje. Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na terasu s blagovaonskim stolom. Gostima su dostupni TV, klima, Wi-Fi i parkirno mjesto. Kuća je 1,5 km od plaže, a do centra se stiže laganom šetnjom za 15 minuta. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC.
