Brian and Jennifer were gracious hosts and helped make our weekend in Bristol a great one. Their communication is efficient and helpful! Their home is beautiful—the architecture is really unique and the space flows so well. It was perfect for our crew as we were here for a trail race on the Mendota trail. Great vicinity to town and the trail. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub and backyard creates quite the oasis! We would love to come back next year and do it all again! Thanks Brian and Jennifer!!

Ashley was very responsive and proactive, gave clear instructions making check-in and check-out seamless and quick. House was stocked with everything you could think of and there were helpful instructions for all amenities! Very nice and peaceful stay, made for a great girls weekend by the lake!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. My family of four stayed here with our dog and had a terrific time. We are already talking about when we can come back! Larry was very helpful and super responsive to our questions. The property is spotless and adorable yet modern. We enjoyed every convenience and the cutest coffee bar inside!

I’ve been all over the world and this stay was one of my favorites for a 3 day solo reset trip. BEAUTIFUL view from on top of the hill that is mowed for easy walk access, private and very clean! 5/5

This was our 2nd stay at Bek's place, attending an athletic event at King University. Love the place, it's set up perfectly for relaxing, for cooking and spending time with friends. It is perfect for three couples, everyone has their own space and bathroom, but plenty of hangout space as well, including an awesome balcony with a great view. Tons of amenities inside, easy to get to downtown Bristol, this place is a gem.

The Hemlock Treehouse was everything I expected. Everything you need for a stay in the mountains Shelly had provided. We loved it. It was beautifully decorated and the location is really what we were hoping to find in a place. We slept every night with a window cracked so we could hear the waterfall, and it was pristine. I absolutely loved the outside shower also. If you’re wanting a private treehouse surrounded by the beautiful mountains, I definitely recommend staying here.

We had such a great stay here. Deanna was so friendly and helpful! The place is beautiful and has instructions on how to work/use everything. I loved that she even had recommendations on what to do and restaurants. There were so many amenities in the home that were so helpful We recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Jennifer and Travis' home was the perfect spot for me and my family on our trip to Kingsport. The tastefully decorated and meticulously cleaned home offered a beautiful sunset view from the deck overlooking a wooded area; a fully equipped kitchen; cozy, yet roomy living area; comfortable beds and baths; and, even a fire pit complete with wood and lighting tools. Soooooo relaxing! Jennifer and Travis treated us like royalty, even going so far as to deliver our groceries left on their stoop by mistake. We recommend Peaceful Peak without hesitation and look forward to our next stay!....Five stars and two thumbs up!
