The house is 1.5 mi from an entrance to the Black Hills trail system for hiking, biking, & motorized fun. Although it's in a quiet cul-de-sac with unimpeded backyard forest views, you'll be near Sturgis (20 min), Rapid City (10 min), Mt Rushmore/Deadwood/Spearfish (40 min), and all the other wonderful area attractions!

Mid-Century Modern Living in the Black Hills

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Pool, deck, fire pit, and trampoline!

Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. Access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. If you're looking for a totally updated house, this house might not be for you. Pool opening and closure depends on weather.

In the Trees, Close to Town!

Beautiful home in Rapid City. Located just outside of the city limits (4 minutes from I-90 access) in secluded and very pleasant wooded area. We are very knowledgeable about the Hills and surrounding area and would be happy to share with you any advice about things to do/see in the area! Winter guests must read full description for road conditions. Absolutely no parties. Please also note there are 18 stairs (all indoor and carpeted) to get from the front door to the living area.

This house is in a great location in Rapid City, minutes from downtown and a great starting point for exploring the Black Hills. We welcome dogs in our home. No cats! Additional $150 fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance).
