This stunning home has the feel of a destination getaway with all the perks of warm weather, beaches, and sunshine that Charleston South has to offer. You’ll have all the amenities of your own home, a wonderful open floor plan that makes for a great gathering space with a fireplace, beautiful dining space that flows out to the patio and a fully equipped kitchen! 4 bedrooms: 2 King and 2 Queen beds.

The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

Sacred Pine Cottage “Flowertown Experience”

Sacred Pine Cottage is a tiny home, your tiny home away from home. When designing the SPC we wanted to put emphasis on some of the things we love most about our town. The SPC has a very earth toned feel with live plants and wood finishes. We captured the beauty of our town with photography throughout. The appliances are retro and the ambiance of the cottage should give you a peaceful and comfortable experience. The yard is manicured & maintained with a beautiful outdoor experience.

This stunning newly built home is only 3 miles from downtown Summerville. Master down stairs, 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, over 2,400sqft, two story home with a fenced in yard makes for a very comfortable stay. Infant and children friendly with 2 cribs, 2 baby monitors, and a changing table. 4 minutes off i-26, 30min from Downtown Charleston, and 23min from Charleston's International Airport. Though you may be tempted to turn your trip into a staycation, we are only 25 minutes from downtown and 35 minutes to beaches like Sullivans Island.

Stroll through the 16 acre Azalea Park/Sculpture Garden across the street, or relax and enjoy the sunset from your large screened porch.

Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!

The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed and one can sleep on the couch.
