My son and I had a great stay and would heartily recommend. The condo is very close to the Cabriolet gondola - within pretty easy walking distance in my opinion. That meant not having to load and unload the car just to travel a short distance to park, unload, etc. This was super helpful. The condo itself is very comfortable and very nicely appointed. Great kitchen with a large island, which we found super handy in getting things ready for a day on the hill. Great shower in the main bath, and having the half-bath with access from the living/kitchen area is ideal if you have someone sleeping on the fold-out (we did, very comfy). This condo also has great storage. Tall cabinets in the bedroom are ideal for hanging things like ski jackets and ski pants in preparation for the next day. Finally, Mathew was super responsive when we had a question about access to the pool/spa. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a great stay! Bed was very comfy. The place was cozy and clean. Full kitchen had nice appliances, though we didn’t need to use them. Great location close to amazing restaurants. The resorts hot tub and private adult pool were nice and peaceful. Simple check in and check out. Danny was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway!

Modern mountain retreat with stunning lake views

Wendy was such a lovely host. The house was very clean and well appointed, and the view was amazing!! This was a very comfortable space for a few skiers to rest while visiting Deer Valley and the location is convenient getting into town. The windows do take in a lot of light so I was glad to have an eye mask for sleeping, the window shades are not blackout so just a note if you’re sensitive to that :) We will be back with the rest of our family next ski season for sure!

We had an amazing time. The entire facility was beautiful and family friendly. Steve was always prompt in answering any questions we had and we would love to return to this beautiful condo.

Cozy timber lodge perfect for ski family trip. Great space and comfort! Late season with high temperature the ski in/out becomes a more challenging proposition but still is very near from Canyon eeuipement rental and the red pine gondola to get out easily!! Great host very responsive and friendly !! Thank you Heidi

Grand Summit Ski-In/out Condo Park City

Our stay was comfortable and amazing. The entire experience was relaxing. The condo was awesome and just as described - but the location is the the highlight! The main lift and gondola were right out the back door of the Grand Summit, there were restaurants in and around the Grand Summit, the ski village was dreamy, everything was close by, and the resort has the ski experience dialed in. Highly recommend!

Serenity House Rental. Safe & Gated w/10 Rooms!

It was awesome!! We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything was pristine clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The kids got to feed treats to the llama and play on the playground equipment in the back. It was so relaxing sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee and listening to nature.

Loved staying in this house - great kitchen appliances, including multiple types of coffee makers. House was well stocked with essentials and the Bluetooth speakers and charging station were pleasant bonuses. Nicely situated for local ski areas. Would stay here again.
