Stunning couples retreat with everything you'll need in your new home away from home at the Parker Barn Phillip Island. Complete with a king bed, cosy lounge, ensuite and mini kitchenette with all your basics. Enjoy exploring the island from a central location only 10mins walk to Smiths Beach. The barn is all yours for your entire stay and shares a driveway with the stunning Parker House. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

The Sunderland Beach Cottage

Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. Twin Palms offers an easy and relaxed family beach holiday, just pack the car, kids and dog and move straight in to home away from home. It is located 500m from Surfies Point, a perfect beach, with gentle waves for boogie boards, and bigger waves out the back for the more experienced surfers. Take the dog for a walk at sunset and just enjoy. Sunderland Bay is between Surf Beach and Smith Beach, and the Grand Prix track is 5kms down the road.
