We loved our stay at this property. Ben was flexible with our check in time since we arrived early and checking in was a breeze. The location was just steps away from the beach and Ben provides beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc for use so it comes with everything you need for a relaxing beach day. The space was walkable to several restaurants and shops. Overall it was a great place to stay for our weekend beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️

our stay was excellent and better than described. It was made very clear not to expect a 5 star accommodation but to us it was. the unit was clean and had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean. the outside deck area was great and had a nice view. We appreciated the beach tent for our baby. The unit was not fancy and clearly outdated but no complaints. restaurants and playground both a nice 10 minute walk. The host were very quick to reply, gave specific instructions and were attentive. They seemed very committed to making sure we had a comfortable stay. We hope to stay again!

Small space with everything you need, perfect for two people. Beach is right there. Lot of things close by to do, no need for a car rental unless you’re planning on going far. Plenty of uber/lyfts in the area as well as a free ride share locally. Everyone there was extremely friendly and weather was perfect. We had an amazing time and hope to be able to come back!

we had a fantastic 6 night stay in Marc's extremely well-located apartment in South Beach. A 3 minute walk to the beach and only a short Uber to Biscayne Bay, lovely neighbourhood, felt extremely safe, enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to carry keys around (as a group that helps with flexibility). Marc is a great host.

One bedroom private apt two blocks to beach

This quaint cottage had absolutely everything we needed for a great beach and scuba experience. While not specifically impressive to look at from the outside, it had easy parking, nice landscaping and an incredibly easy to get to location. It however shined brightly once you typed in your passcode and entered the main living room. With a nice sized private bed to the left, cute and perfectly beach sized bathroom and kitchen, it worked absolutely perfectly, without extra wasted or inefficient space. My son and I came down for a Spring Break scuba and beach excursion and were grateful for the pull out futon to give each of us a little bit of privacy at night. Beyond its central location, we really loved that it was equipped with everything we needed including the little things like extra shampoo, tons of toilet paper, sunscreen and burn relief, beach chairs, lots of towels and games and even a mini beach cooler and ice packs. It was easy and fun from start to finish.

What a gem! We recently spent time at this property for a family vacation and loved every minute of it! The property itself is spacious, well furnished and a perfect home base for a beach vacation. Everything in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a short walk, and there are so many great things to keep the whole family happy! Our hosts were very accommodating with check in to match our flight schedule, and touched base during our stay to ensure everything met or exceeded our expectations. Loved the place, loved the area, and can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!

We had a great stay at Vickie’s place. It was walking distance to the beautiful beach, food and entertainment. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. My only regret was renting a car, it’s a congested area and parking was difficult and really there was no need for one. We will definitely be back!

Tasteful deco, very comfortable bed, spacious, fully equipped kitchen including washer/dryer, good AC and extremely clean. The apartment is perfectly located for the 150 express from/to Miami intl airport. 2 min walk to the beach. Convince store downstairs and a short walk or cab ride to all the great restaurants and bars. Excellent hosts Jorge and Abdel. Very friendly and accommodating. They met us on arrival and explained everything. There was a small issue with the toilet on the second day and they responded and resolved it within an hour. One could not ask for better hosts. The only minus point in the apartment is that although the house itself is quiet, there is no sound proofing in the apartment, so you can easily hear the neighbors.

Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

Super Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Strand. Apartment, Haus und Pool sind gepflegt. Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeiten auf dem Gang vorhanden. Das Appartment hat alles was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin Suzi ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

we absolutely loved Nick's place. the location was so easy to get too and really close to grocery stores and only 10 min to the beach. the house was really clean , fully stocked and beautiful inside. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool and the dock was so relaxing . we caught several fish and crab. we definitely recommend Nick's home. it's a 5 star property.

We had a great time at Otis’s house. Perfect location. The beach is a 2 min walk. The house was comfortable and easy to feel at home with. Otis was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Ft Lauderdale.

Wow, wow, wow! What a house. The most insanely beautiful, well presented holiday home. The house itself was absolutely spotless, it had way more than our expectations in terms of facilities and equipment, inc fishing gear, kayak and paddleboard. The little beach and lake was absolutely blissful. I cried when we left and we have all agreed we will definitely come back. Worth every penny and more, literally exquisite.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.
