We had a wonderful stay at Marielle and Sam's place. The house is beautiful and well equipped, with everything we needed. They even left a little basket with coffee, bread, and jam for us, which was such a lovely touch. When we arrived, the cottage was quite cold, but Marielle provided simple instructions, and it quickly became warm and cozy. We highly recommend this place!

Once again, Geraldine provided me with everything that was needed. From the amenities, to the restaurant recommendations and my favourite big Tesco just around the corner! Geraldine was very helpful, responsive and lovely during my weekend stay in Bromley. She was just around the corner if I needed anything, so I felt well accommodated. My friends were able to get a great lay in and we even communicated about a late check out, due to us having a good night in central London, which was provided with quickness and did not make us feel like we had to rush to leave. Such an amazing experience once again and I recommend this place again!

I loved staying at Caroline’s house. It is a beautiful home in a lovey part of Clapham. The property was just like the photos and description. Caroline was the best host - very amenable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

This was value for money. The location was ideal: quiet and private and close to the tube (2 min), which brings you to central London in 20 minutes. It was also easy for us to reach Gatwick airport (40 min). A cozy home with all the facilities you need.

The house was really convenient and had everything we needed for our family, including neighbouring park and easily accessible train station. The host was very responsive for any questions and we are delighted to have found such a suitable place to stay. Great for kids too.

We enjoyed our stay here. This property was priced at the higher end of similar properties in the area, but with it's location a top priority for us, it was very convenient for our needs, and we're glad we stayed here. It's close to transport and there's plenty of local eating options, pubs and supermarkets in easy walking distance. As expected, it's a second floor property without a lift but we managed fine. Very little traffic noise and no noisy neighbours. Everything was very clean and functional as described and pictured, with plenty of natural light and shutters for night time. The kitchen was fully equipped with some extra supplies provided for us which were much appreciated. Our stay was over the cold Christmas period and while indoors was a little cooler than we're accustomed to, it certainly didn't affect our overall comfort. The host was very pleasant, responsive and explained things clearly. We would definitely consider this property again if we return to Balham.

We had a couple of our guys working in the area who stayed at the property. they reported back that they had a very comfortable stay the property was in a good location and was clean and tidy Paul the host was very responsive. if working in the area again would definitely rebook

I have stayed there before since it's close to my daughter's house. It's a great place to stay, comfortable, easily accessible, high street is 3 blocks away. Eryn is a great host!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for us and the two kids. There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The nearest tube stop is only a 7 minute walk away. Rosie was responsive, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely like to stay here again.

Really lovely space, nice and peaceful & clean, lots of free easy parking, Nicole kept us informed of planned road works in the area before our arrival, fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need, nice bedding & clean towels, very quick to answer any questions, 2 keys given out, which was really helpful, really enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay at the property. It was a long term stay, as we have family in Bracknell and required a house for ourselves. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave after our stay. We found the property very child friendly, with kids books and toys left behind, which we were more than happy to add a Bluey and few toys too. They also had gates, so we were able to gate off the steps to the upper floor, to make it even more kid friendly. (Sorry we forgot to take it down when we left). For the adult kids, we were very happy with the PS3, right up our alley. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and allowed us with a toddler to have the space and extra bed we required. Location, is perfect, it’s a 15min walk to the main shopping and train station that can take you to reading/London. And it the middle of some cracking pubs. Thanks again for a great stay.

Our family of four had an amazing time in Richmond and this flat was perfect! It was very spacious and clean, everything you would need was there. The hosts were very responsive and check-in was flexible and easy to do. It is in a great location and the information they provided before-hand was very helpful!

Spacious and comfortable flat, was happy to spend a night here. The flat was spotless with the exception of some some black mould inside the bath tap which came out, and a bit of grime on the kitchen dish rack. This was disappointing for the price, but can be easily rectified before next guests. Lots of food shops and train station nearby.

My Family and I had a great time here, the apartment is very cozy and we enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings there. It‘s only 5 min to the next bus and train station, so it was really easy to get around. The communication was great and we felt very welcomed, if we get a chance, we will definitely come again.

I stayed comfortably in a flat apartment in a quiet residential area for a week. The check-in and boiler operation instructions were also very detailed. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with necessary tools. The entrance stairs were steep, but the house was facing south, so it was nice to see the sunlight.

A cosy home perfect for families or couples. Great location, clean with very comfy beds, safe area, easy to find, plenty of transport options. A very responsive host. A top location with a village type feel but easy access to central London. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family home. free parking close to train station and short walk for coffee and pastries in the morning. kids dream spot. toys, books, games galore. my little ones cant travel with all their stuff so the fell in love with this listing setup. beds are very comfortable and kitchen has all you need. TV netflix to unwind in the evening.
