Het appartement is zeer ruim en het is altijd mogelijk om een plekje in de zon of in de schaduw te vinden op de terrassen/balkonnen. De eigenaar woont op de begane grond, het appartement heeft een eigen opgang aan de achterzijde. In de ruime tuin staat nog een gite die verhuurd wordt. Deze heeft eigen terrassen. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en vriendelijke verhuurder. Hij is niet teveel aanwezig, maar absoluut zeer bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Alles wordt zeer goed onderhouden en is schoon. Dichtbij buurtsuper, bakker, slager, restaurants (5 minuten lopen). Zee en haventje (met boot verhuur) op 7 minuten wandelen. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

Wir waren sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie war sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 10 Mädels super gut geeignet. Der Weg nach Zadar ist wunderschön und das Meer mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist nah!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Place is very clean. Marta is very friendly and she always reply your msg. You got everything you need in the house. Supermarket and bakery is just 5mins walk.

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt - 1 Nacht - sehr genossen und uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, wozu nicht nur der bezaubernde kleine Garten, sondern vor allem auch der herzliche Empfang von Danijela beigetragen haben. In einem sehr netten gemeinsamen Gespräch gab uns Daniela nicht nur Gelegenheit einander kennenzulernen, sondern auch viele wertvolle Informationen. Man spürt das Herz, dass hinter allem steckt.

Zadar 버스터미널에서 도보로 이동할 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 이동을 위한 도시로 zadar에 들러 잠시 머물렀지만 빠른 소통과 쉬운 체크인과 체크아웃, 깔끔한 집 상태, 재밌은 유머 센스로 기분 좋게 머물렀어요. 특히 한국어로 제 이름을 적어서 맞이해주셔서 매우 즐겁고 재밌었어요!

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

Krasna je veľmi priateľská a milá. Prostredie: dom posledný v ulici, tiché, pokojné. Veľký dvor, ideálne pre rodinu s dieťaťom. Možnosť grilovať. Toastovač, rýchlovarná kanvica, fén. Nič nechýbalo. Dom menší, dvaja dospelí a dve malé deti ideál. Chýbalo viac úložného priestoru napríklad na potraviny. O rok by sme určite prišli znova

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully spacious, which made us feel relaxed right away. The house is in real life better than the pictures show! The location is absolutely 10/10, with everything we needed within easy reach. The short distance to The Garden was a real bonus for us, allowing us to easily enjoy the surroundings every day. A special thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival—such a warm welcome made our stay extra special. We had a great time and would love to come back again

Paní Jelena je velice milá a příjemná hostitelka.Komunikace snadná a bez problémů.

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

Nette kleine Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe von schönen Buchten. Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zeer comfortabele villa voor 3 koppels of een groot gezin. Tevens een mooie uitvalsbasis voor 8watersport)-activiteiten in de regio. Belangrijk weetje: het toeristenseizoen loopt van juni t/m oktober. Begin mei was er weinig open/actief.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Highlight ist natürlich der Außenbereich mit privatem, großem, Pool und Außenküche. Zudem überdachter Sitzbereich und genügend Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet um auch mal selbst etwas zu kochen. Schöne Badezimmer, Waschmaschine und -mittel ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, dafür sehr ruhig gelegen. Große Auswahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb max. 15min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eigenes (Miet-)Auto ist aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Milan ist ein toller Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und absolut hilfsbereit, problemlose Kommunikation!

Smilja ist ein super Gastgeberin :-) Sie hat uns bei allem was wir wissenwollten oder brauchten. Sie hatte uns tagsüber sogar die Markieren rausgedreht als wir nicht da waren,damit es drinnen nicht so warm wird bis wir zuhause sind. Sie hatte den Pool auch täglich gesäubert was uns sehr gefreut hat. Sie waren beide immer sehr freundlich und für ein kurzes Gespräch zu haben. In der Unterkunft gab es sogar einen hocker für die Dusche. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub ist die Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen 🙃 Vielen Dank für alles Ihr habt Unseren Urlaub komplett gemacht 🤗 Grüße Viola and Friends

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!
