Apartment in Mlini 50m from the sea

Apartment is situated in a village Mlini, in region Župa Dubrovačka, 8 km away from historical old town of Dubrovnik. In beautifull village Mlini you have clean sea, pebble and sandy beaches, promenades near the sea with pine and cypress trees, nice coffee shops and restaurants which are offering tradicional dalmation food. Also village Mlini is close to old town of Dubrovnik. There is a local bus that goes every half hour, taxi or even water taxi so like that you have great opportunity to explore the region by sea and it leaves you right infront of the city walls of Dubrovnik. Apartment is situated 50m from the sea, and that's only 2 minutes walking till the first beach and park with a restaurant. Also near the sea there is a park for children, and next to the park beach and a restaurant. Apartment has a terrace with fireplace and nice shadow from grapewine. Room has double bed, and there is a possibility for two extra beds in living room. There is also toilet and kitchen. In living room there is a television and satellite. Apartment is 10km away from the airport (15 minutes driving). We also offer a free parking place.

Herceg Novi Seaside, Studio apartment

Ground floor studio apartment 25 m2, with kitchen and two single beds, Italian bathroom, terrace. Completely equipped and new (built in June 2013). Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, partial sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. My place is located in Saint Stasije, Kotor, 50 m from the sea and the closest beach. Restaurants can be found in 50 m, the nearest store in a 3-min walk. Kotor can be reached in 5 km. You can go there by bus (0.7 euro) or by taxi (5 euro). Tivat Airport can be reached in 12.5 km. Our apartments are situated in the best rated area in Kotor. Wonderful view on the Kotor Bay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
