Very warm, cosy and clean house. Great location and good transport links. Neighbourhood very friendly and welcoming and Ilya makes the effort to make sure all of your questions are answered and you’re as comfortable as you can be. Great AirBnB.

We stayed with our adult children and new grandson. We had a comfortable space to spend time together and enough space for privacy. We are from the Midwest so the large yard where we took advantage of the sunshine was an added bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and was located so that day trips were easy to navigate. We hope to stay again when we are Yuba.

The house was exactly as described. A little on the older side, but very charming. It was perfect for our family gathering for the Easter holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay. Would definitely look to stay again if going back to that location.

Sharalee’s home was absolutely gorgeous! So many fun things to do in the home , our husbands loved the pool table ! Definitely recommend this home (:

We had a lovely stay with Karol and Gian! We were visiting Wheatland to attend a wedding and their home was very conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. During the booking process I had a few questions and Karol and Gian were very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. If we are ever back in Wheatland, we would happily stay there again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the suite, except this time without our dog. It was great to see new pillows and dishes. This time we used the laundry facility and it worked out perfectly. Our host was always responsive.

What an Adventure!! I had the most amazing time while staying here.. It felt like a mini adventure with all the city amenities at hand.. The tents were clean and absolutely cozy.. At night, the view is breathtaking and i got to fall asleep to the sounds of frogs and trains Whispering... Jeff and his Mother are beyond fantastic and kind humans and made my stay feel like I was alway visiting the good side of the family!! Haha!! I will absolutely be back!! And if you're looking for a recommendation for a city meal while off the grid, Hai Sushi in Marysville was phenomenal!!!

This stay was the perfect accommodation for all my needs, had my parents and their pup stay with me and it being 5 min from my sisters home I was easily able to visit my nieces and nephews while in town. Home was spacious, clean and had enough cookware to make some delicious home cooked meals. The back unit also had tenants, they were quiet, kind and respectful…no issues whatsoever. Close proximity to plenty of grocery stores and coffee shops. Definitely plan to stay here again in the future when visiting family close by !

Had a wonderful 4 night stay with our pup. It was clean & quiet. Loved the chickens and ducks. It was nice to be able to park behind the gate. Will definitely stay again!!

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

I stayed with my family while driving back to Seattle. As soon as we went in we all felt at home. My two boys enjoyed going straight to the double twin beds room and relaxed. It was very clean and with a nice back yard. I definitely recommend and very family friendly.

Kara’s house was actually really nice inside. The location was not in the best neighborhood. Surrounding houses were run down with jun and garbage all in the yards. There’s a little house in the back with people living in it. So although was entire house it felt like the guest house.
