Stylish two-storey home on a quiet street, five minutes from Reykjavík centre. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with laundry room with washer and a dryer; open-plan dining for 10, TV lounge and formal living room opening to a large deck with fireplace, hot tub and BBQ. Children’s room with cot (extra mattress possible), king-size master, half-bath plus full bath with tub, shower and deck access. Upstairs: sofa-bed landing with TV, two bedrooms with 140 cm beds, and a shower bathroom.

The house is situated in a nice, elegant suburb 10 minutes from down town Reykjavík and 30 minutes from the airport. It has got spectacular views and is surrounded by nature. You can find nice hiking trails from the house with breathtaking views of magical mountains. Our garden is wonderful and because of its trees it has got less wind than what is normal in Iceland. We offer beds with comfortable matresses, wonderful pillows and duvets, clean sheets and towels. Wifi and 5 parking spots.

The house is one of the oldest houses in Hveragerdi and has been owned by the same family since it was build, over the years it has been renovated. The nature is all around and also short walking distance to the local restaurants, super market, art gallery, playground and the local swimming pool.
