The ground floors apartment benefits from a private patio area, just a few short steps from the beach. Only a short car journey from the village of Mumbles which is home to many stylish shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. Further afield, you will find the Gower Peninsular which offers more fabulous beaches and countryside.

The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
