Very proactive in keeping upto date about check in. simple check in instructions and easy to find. everything was just as shown in pictures. all amenities were wonderful. house was clean and spotless. beds were comfortable and just overall a very well kept property. thank you for allowing us to stay!

We stayed here for a family get together and loved it! The most stocked kitchen I have seen in an air bnb; gorgeous location; plenty of room to visit and socialize yet also have your own space; worked for my 94 and 80+year old parents as well as 5 year old niece and the rest of us in between. Jennifer was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had an amazing family weekend get together!!

We enjoyed our stay at Breann's last weekend to attend a wedding in Iowa. It accommodated our family of 7 well and was spacious and well furnished. The view from the upper level was amazing. It was like we were dwelling at the top of the trees and had a "bird's eye" view. Lovely. Very nice hot tub.

This was our 2nd stay & absolutely loved it again. Hot tub & sauna did not disappoint. Comfy beds & furniture. Hosts were helpful, hospitable & friendly. Will be back a 3rd time.

Came to Iowa City for a girls trip in late April. (Group of 8 middle-age women) This house is definitely set up to accommodate a large group. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, etc. The kitchen is well stocked. House was VERY clean, cute, and well-maintained. There were a lot of house rules, which I suppose is understandable given how many people could stay there. When our group had a question or request, Betty responded almost immediately and was accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Amy is a great host! The house is exactly as described and actually even better! She went above and beyond with nice little touches like new toys for the dogs, super soft bath towels and more. The beds are also extremely comfortable. The photos of the house do not do it justice, its very nice and spacious I was pleasantly surprised!

The place was clean and there was a beautiful porch to sit on during the nice weather. It was covered porch so easy to sit out there anytime of year. We felt very welcome.
