Palm on the River offers a queen bed, green, pink and black color scheme and you can watch the sunrises from your boat and deck or other seating areas on the grounds at this small marina located on the Ohio River. We have a shelter, with a grill and griddle, extra bathrooms, rustic outdoor showers and a fire pit area. It’s like camping on water. Kayaks available for rent and beautiful sunrise’s! There is a boating dock on property available not too far from sugar bay boating ramp. Feel free to enjoy our fire pit as well as fishing and swimming off our dock. It’s a kitchen/living room combo with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is relaxing place where you turn off your phones and just unwind.

You’ll love the property because of the private secluded location and the views. The property is good for couples, solo families (with kids), all girls/boys gatherings and big groups. The house has over 1900 square feet of living space plus a sunroom looking over the pond and woods. There are two TVs with cable connection and one tv with an antenna. One TV is in the common living area and the other tv's are in two bedrooms, Catch and release fishing is permitted.
