Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού κέντρου της Παργας. Συγκεκριμένα, στην πλάγια του λόφου κάτω από το κάστρο. Αυτό κάνει τα πάντα γύρω να είναι προσβάσιμα σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking.
