This cozy studio was designed by me and I hope you'll enjoy your time here as much as I enjoyed creating it! I believe it's the perfect place for a city break: it's in the heart of Pest close to many attractions while also quiet and calm thanks to its window opening on an inner courtyard. It has everything you might need for a perfect holiday: a comfy bed, a kitchen to prepare your own meals if you wish, a bathroom, and a nice living room with a smart TV for entertainment outside of sightseeing.

I am offering you my 60 sqm apartment for you to stay in the heart of Budapest. Suitable for 4+2 persons The place is in a newly built house with elevator, equipped with a fully functional kitchen, floor heating, TV, bathroom with bathtub. They provide parking in garage. You can have a peaceful stay, but if you fancy a bit of nightlife, you can find all sorts of entertainment very close by. It is a safe area, even at night, furthermore right across the street there is the local police station.

The flat is centrally located in the heart of Budapest (Keleti Railway station). Bars and clubs are close by, it is in a quiet neighbourhood. 8-10 minutes walk from the Heroes’s Square, Citypark, Zoo, Széchenyi Bath. It is close to shops, international restaurants. Fully renovated (floor-heating system, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom). Also has dish-washer, hotplate, washing machine, oven/microwave, hairdryer, towels. You can enjoy SmartTV, Netfilx, HBO.. We are sure you will enjoy your stay!

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Prime Park Apartment

Its a well equipped quaet peaceful and modern flat close to the Heroe square, Andrassy street, Szechenyi Bath, and museums. These are about 15-minutes of walking. The apartment is next to the Citypark. There is a bus stop in front of the house (20 meters) takes you to the top center. At the corner (50 meters from the flat) there is an automatic bicicle rental. Grocery store, in front. At the Heroe square you have the "Hop On Hop Off" tourbus line main station, and the Millennium Metro Nr.-1

The apt is located in the very center of Palace District, 3 mins walking distance from Blaha Lujza square (metro 2, 4/6 tram - 24/0), buses.

Lakhelyünk jól megközelíthető, jó infrastruktúrával rendelkező helyen, Budapesten, a Parlamenttől pár buszmegálló-, a Margit szigettől és az M3 metró Göncz Árpád városközpont megállótól séta távolságra, közvetlen a Dagály strandfürdő mellett található. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. Ez az autentikus budapesti kislakás egy most Spanyolországban angolt tanító barátnőmé, így kiadó. Ebben a jól felszerelt lakásban találsz angol nyelvű könyveket, társasjátékokat is, és sok szép szobanövény lakja, valamint világos, szomszédoktól mentes napsütötte erkélye is van. Becsüld meg és kérlek vigyázz rá :) A háznak lelke van ^-^ érezd jól magad! A társasházban előfordulhat időnként környezeti zaj, melyre nincs közvetlen ráhatásom.
