Everything was perfect and went smoothly right from the check-in. The place itself although located in a busy street was very peaceful and had no outside noise at all. The cleaning and staff were super helpful and lovely. And Soraya was always answering and helping immediately when needed. The pictures matched the reality and the door-to-door laundry service was extremely useful. 10/10 would definitely recommend

The appartments was excellent, we were very pleased with everything. The staff at the Novotel were very friendly, lovely in fact.

This was our second time staying at the apartment and we took my parents (in their 70s). It was great for hanging out together in the large lounge/ dining area. Close to the pool and restaurant. We loved it. Thanks again Tricia for accepting our booking.

Stylish and immaculate apartment. Sparking clean with a helper to come an clean everyday. Hesti is very flexible with early check in and generously allowed us to check out late. We went to Kubu beach which was very pretty without additional charges. We could not swim at Ayana or Rimba as informed. But you could relax on the chairs beside the pools.

The perfect place to stay, and so close to the beach. Loved that I could cook too (I didn’t but nice to have the option haha). Really easy check in especially as I was arriving late in the evening. All seamless!

Traumhaft! Wir fragten uns vor der Buchung, wieso das Hotel so makellose Bewertungen hat und sind uns jetzt sicher, dass es diese auch verdient hat! Wir schliefen 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und es war von Anfang bis Ende Top! Mit dem Taxi/ Roller (kann man für 100 Rupien den Tag mieten) in 15 Minuten in Ubud Zentrum. Super um dem extremen Trubel zu entkommen, aber dennoch nah genug, um schnell dort zu sein. Frühstück Top. Zimmer Mega! Sehr schönes Hotel. Alle waren super super freundlich. Es gab Empfehlungen für die Gegend zum Nachlesen und unsere Wäsche konnte innerhalb von einem Tag gewaschen werden. Vielen Dank! Nach einer langen Indonesien Reise genau das, was wir gebraucht haben! Wir würden nicht mehr nach Ubud kommen, aber aufjedenfall in ein Hotel von Kadek!

I spent 32 days at Dona’s place. I arrived a day early, and was able to check in with no issues. The location is easily walkable for shopping, restaurants and the beach. The place was clean and the staff was amazing. I am a solo traveler and always felt safe. I would highly recommend this location.

Despite the chaotic streets, this apartment was nice and quiet and a respite from busy streets. Close to restaurants, easy access for taxis, 5 mins walk to the beach. Plenty to do around the area as well. We loved the luxurious apartment and comfy bed. The little terrace was great too. The best part, no mosquitoes! Power outlets take UK and EU plugs as well as USB C and USB A! 😃 It's a pity the jacuzzi wasn't working and the plunge pool was an ice bath (not warm but cold). But there's a communal jacuzzi that's on the roof, and it's also quiet, peaceful and scenic there. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Umah Nusa Dua Homestay! The hospitality was exceptional went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was clean, spacious, well-decorated. Felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you

I did receive a room upgrade at another location so this review is for Verdant Bali Tirta Lepang Sanur Luxury Studio Suites. Pros: Super nice and very attentive staff The room was a good size and very clean and they offer daily service. Breakfast is included but it is capped so note that. Snacks and juice are available at the location Very easy to get a Grab or to get Grab food Cons: This place is very much off the beating path and you won’t be able to walk to any activities. You can’t walk to restaurants or cafes nearby so you’ll be ordering Grab food although it’s pretty easy delivery. Thank you all for the hospitality that you’ve shown to me.

I worked from here for 4 weeks, on the first day the internet was a little spotty so spoke to Suryo and the staff and within 24 hours they had installed an additional router in my room so my internet was fine for video calls and sharing. The location is walkable to the beach but in most cases it's easier to get a bike which are always pretty available. The staff are friendly and responsive with the room being cleaned every day at a time that suited my work schedule. They fumigate the place at least once a week so there were no issues with mosquitos even with daily rain and being by the pool (which is amazing). They arranged taxi transfer from the airport and happily waited while my flight was delayed for 3 hours at no additional cost to me which was great! If I were to stay in the Seminyak area again I would happily stay here again. Thanks so much to Suryo and the team!

I got much more value out of my stay than what I paid for. the team exceeded my expectations on all fronts. someone was there to greet us on arrival despite being close to midnight and helped us with our luggage up two flights of stairs. they had fresh cold filtered water on arrival and the aircon is the room was already on so it was super refreshing on what was a hot, sticky night. the amenities were amazing and waking up on the 3rd level to that view was simply wow. the staff looked after our bags post checkout while we spent the day soaking in our last moments in Bali (due to night time flight). I would highly recommend this stay.

I loved my stay here. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Has everything you need and is right in the center of Canggu so close to everything. Alot of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Little but of noise from the road but not too bad. Would definitely here again!

Amazing place! Quiet, close to nature and to 2 yoga studios: Pyramids of Chi and Unified Healing. When I say “close” I mean really close: 7-10 min walk. There’s a famous cafe Cocoku nearby. Wayan and his helpers were super nice to me. The flat is quite spacious. Cleaning, water, gas and toilet paper were included in the price! I didn’t expect that considering the price is quite affordable, tbh. There’s another studio upstairs so it’s not completely private. Locals sometimes come down for coconuts and flowers 🥰The waterfall cushions all the noises, though. One neighbour plays drums loudly ~twice a week in the evenings. That could be tad disturbing if you’re sound sensitive yet bearable. I’d pay extra for the washing machine in the suit! Delivery is not easy to the point and so is the bike ride for an inexperienced driver like me. I left mine at Tabeng Villa and then walked, the walk was peaceful anyway. Taxi is served at once from Tabeng Villa if you don’t plan to rent a bike.

The Team is absolutely amazing everyone is super nice and helpful. Communication was always easy and fast. Room get‘s cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Only negative point would be the location, unfortunately it‘s a bit too far from everything so no cafes or anything in walking distance just keep that in mind when you book :) Beside that accommodation is really nice and spacious.

Endroit très calme au coeur mème de Kuta. Très proche de l'aéroport. Parfait pour une arrivée ou un ďépart. Parfait également si vous souhaitez vous balader dans Kuta. Excellent rapport qualité prix. La chambre est propre et calme

tempat yg nyaman dan bersih untuk keluarga. keluar masuk mudah dan flexible 24 jam. kadang suka ga dapet parkir di depan rumahnya, tapi tersedia garasi di belakang bangunan. sarannya cuma kurangnya penggantian handuk dan hanya tersedia 2 helai

we had a great time staying at the apartment! check-in went very smoothly and the courtyard is very nice! there isn’t too much to do in the immediate area but the main part was very accessible by scooter or grab so that wasn’t a problem at all. would definitely come back!
