Our stay was great. The location is very safe and peaceful. Sir Benedikt was always responsive and helped us with our needs. The place is very fresh, airconditioner is not needed because it is cool due to air going in and out of the room. The cats are cute too! Will definitely go back!

We had an amazing short but sweet time at Casa Felecitas condo! I’ve always wanted to do a staycation with my parents, niece and nephew and it was great that we did it at Beng’s place :) So many things I like — the unit close to elevator, TV with Youtube & Netflix ready, Fast internet for remote/online work, kitchen with complete utensils and cooking tools, nicely design bedrooms with balcony + pool view, washing machine and the pool! On top of that, Beng is very responsive, friendly and communicated and prepared our check-in well. I would definitely book this place again when we need another staycation 💯

The host is responsive, easy to communicate with and we had a smooth transaction. I do love the place and it matched the photos posted by the host. It is so clean and well-equipped. Also, place is well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. This place has a beautiful view and easy access to the pool. There is a market and stores nearby the area which is very convenient. Also, If you want to visit Samal Island for side trip, then this unit is perfect for you since the location is so near to the Sasa Wharf. We had a great time and would love to stay here again soon!

Great stay clean and comfortable. Only feedback I have is that upon arrival one is made to sign a 2/3 page contract which includes a list of all items in the house and cost to replace it. Ofcourse after a long travel the guest will not be interested to check the list of items in the house to confirm it is actually there before signing. I signed because i was tired and wanted to rest. Checkout was smooth.

The apartment is such a cozy place and it's exactly as shown in the pictures. Additionally, Gary was very helpful and patient in explaining where the unit is. Will highly recommend!!

The place was easy to find and very convenient. It made our trip to the airport very easy. It accomodated all of us and the beds were very comfortable.

The place is a great deal for the price. It’s in a quiet, gated subdivision with security at the entrance, so we felt really safe the whole time. The house is huge, and the parking space easily fits a pickup truck. It is a bit far from the city proper, but it wasn’t a big issue for us since we had our own vehicle. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but totally understandable since we were their first guests. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The place is perfect for a whole family or barkada stay. Spacious and almost everything there. With free and unlimited purified drinking water. Will certainly book again when our family returns to Davao City.

We had a great stay In Cloie’s house. Cloie’s family was there when we arrived, and we got a warm welcome and presentation of the house. It was nice that there was drinking water and the basic stuff. The house and the location was great, and the pool In the subdivision was lovely. The kitchen was funktional with the basic kitchen equipment. The Internet was blazing fast - fibernet and 400 Mbit wifi - lovely! And TV with Netflix. Great experience and perfect for our little family.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out seamless. The location was also perfect, close to mall and airport I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future.

We were extremely impressed with the condo and could not believe how well it was stocked with just about everything you could think of.. from shampoo all the way down to house slippers. I’m from the United States and I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never received the kind of service that was given to us while staying here. We felt like Royalty.. the pictures of this place does not give it justice. It is so pristine and clean and so designed beyond what you would think of a Airbnb. Anytime that we are near Davao in the future we will definitely reserve this place from now on if it is available.

T’was a great stay! Host and staff is accommodating.

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.

Sobrang ganda po ng place, it feels like home. Friendly and responsive ang owner. Will consider this place to stay again pag maka visit po ng Davao. Thank you.
