We loved everything about our stay at Highlands House, from the heritage charm of the cottage, to the well appointed kitchen, supplied games and the beautiful, secure backyard, which was a great space for our dog and for us to relax on the deck. Fabulous location, walking distance to the wharf, town centre and supermarkets. Jacqui’s communication was also great.

What a perfect place to escape and spend some time with the family. Beautiful place with everything you need. Want to get the kids off their devices? Spend a few days playing tennis, basketball, pool and table tennis; a sporting precinct under the one roof! The house was spotless and so comfortable. We felt instantly at peace and excited to dive into the fun. It has everything you need and more. We will be back!

Beautiful home, extremely well set up for guests, lovely rural views with some cute alpacas and sheep just over the fence. My 13 year old daughter and I stayed for a week of horse riding instruction nearby and felt so happy to be staying here in this gorgeous spot! We loved the kitchen and laundry facilities, and huge plus for the amazing hamper of breakfast goodies on arrival, as we had not been to the shops yet and has a lovely breakfast of bacon & eggs on first morning. Beds and pillows nice and comfy, and great amount of space in all the bedrooms and living spaces. Convenient to Meadows town with bakery, pub and cafes, and not too far from a supermarket at Mt Barker. We had a very comfortable stay, and would love to come again!

Nice house with great view and very near to a good playground for kids. Bed rooms are decent and enough for family of 6.

Great Easter getaway, Easter on the river was relaxing and cosy. Very close to the Wellington Hotel and the boat ramp wasn’t too far either. House was clean and tidy just didn’t realise the home was elevated so lots of stairs. Bathrooms were clean as well as a well equipped kitchen. Balcony had great seating for a big group and a great view of the river.

Great location and great size home. Lee and Randall were quick at answering messages . The little extras were great the chocolate almonds were a favourite. Even though we didn’t need them this time the microwave pouches for baby sterilisation could have been handy. We will be going back ! Check-in and check-out times were great .

great little place to stay at goolwa. easy walking to the beach and really not so far to walk right into goolwa centre itself. beautiful back deck where we enjoyed sunshine. all the things you need in the kitchen to cook. comfy beds. recommend!

Second time staying at the library loft, and just as perfect. The library loft is a peaceful getaway where you can switch off and relax, everything has been thought of and the added extras make it like a home from home. The views from the spa are truly stunning, a beautiful place to stay and chill out. Thank you

Beautiful unit. So close to the Main Street with plenty to do. Stated it wasn’t friendly for kids under 7 but we had our toddler there with no issues. Back yard was good size too.

Ashton retreat was the perfect base to explore the Adelaide hills for a week. Beautiful and relaxing setting. Lovely to arrive to a fire set up ready to go, bowl of fruit, breakfast foods, and to be offered fresh greens from the garden. House was well equipped with more than we could think of! Lovely, clean, and cosy. Great birdlife. Highly recommend.

We had a great Easter break! The place was easy to find and had everything we needed, so we could just relax and enjoy our time off. There were plenty of restaurants within a short walk or drive, and both Goolwa town and Victor Harbor were just a quick drive away. The French-inspired décor was a lovely touch. Highly recommend for a family getaway.
