This charming island cottage is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood just six miles from River Street in downtown Savannah and only six miles from Tybee Island. The neighborhood itself is in biking distance of local shops, grocery stores and restaurants as well as a nature preserve with paved trails that lead to the YMCA. With a short drive, there are stores, restaurants as well as a neighborhood suited for bike rides and quiet strolls. ATTENTION: HOT TUB WILL BE INOPERABLE for serious maintenance and overhaul from DECEMBER 11th, THRU MARCH 6, 2026
