Geniet van een zonnekamer en omheind in de achtertuin. Verse eieren van kippen in de achtertuin. Vrolijke Maids maakt regelmatig de badkamers en keuken schoon. De kelder, garage en schuur zijn voor opslag, en maken geen deel uit van de huur. Hoewel rustig net buiten de stad, is er misschien wat lawaai van de snelweg of lawaai van boerderijdieren.
