If you are someone who loves to be in nature this place is for you. The house is surrounded by trees, touched by river & its blissful sound all day long. The hosts are amazing. They sent someone to pick us up, so finding property was super easy. As soon as we reached Mr. Rajput welcomed us with a big smile & roses. He briefed us about the property. Sitting by the river was the most blissful part of our stay. Rooms are clean & have everything you need during the stay. Rooms have view of the river. The food was homemade, Organic & Delicious. Hosts made us feel at home. I recommend booking this stay, 100% you wont regret :)

The staycation felt extremely cosy and welcoming! Peaceful environment, clean spacious rooms, great hospitality of staff and beautifully maintained space. Loved the artefacts that enhance the beauty of the place even more. The provision of hammocks, swimming pool and walks along the greenery made my day. Me and my group enjoyed the place. Also the hosts were proactive in helping us with suggestions for places to visit and make our journey even more enjoyable. Food arrangement was delicious and reflected the beauty of maharashtrian cuisine that we were looking for!! Thank you Revathi Vilas's team for making our stay a memorable one!!

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

I had a really amazing time in Malvan, the stay was also squeaky clean, with a bountiful trees and friendly host. The home food was also very nice. The stay was superb and I highly recommend anyone who wants to visit Konkan to book this without a second thought. Lovely host and sweet people , everyone was very helpful. I had an incredible stay at Shekhar Villa. This peaceful beautiful property is a step away from a clean tranquil beach. We enjoyed a walk by the ocean, met friendly local fishermen, and watched the sunset from the Gajabadevi temple. We thoroughly enjoyed authentic fish thali and Malvani veg thali prepared by Ms Deepali. The host Ms Vanita Ma'am was in constant touch ensuring everything was perfect. Just make sure to carry some snacks with you since there are no eateries close by. However, The house was maintained properly including clean bathrooms. Thought it was a spontaneous trip turned into a memorable experience :)

We had a peaceful stay at this beautiful residence. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Basic kitchen utilities are provided. The sights of Panhala fort are very accessible even by foot (a 3-4 hour walking tour covers most attractions). As the residence area is forested and away from main roads, it is not recommended to walk around after dark. The host and caretaker were responsive and helpful. Good place for a relaxing break away from city life!
