What an incredible stay. This space is beautifully located, and blew us away from day one. It looked even better than the pictures, and despite being in a remote location, had everything you could possibly need—our only mistake was to overpack. The different sides of the house are connected, and can be separated by a double-locked door if needed. It is the perfect space for any group, family, or retreat. Heba, Ryan, and their team are great hosts who are responsive, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend this place, and would stay again!

All we (my wife) really wanted was a beautiful view, and this had it! She couldn't wait until it was light in the morning so she could look out the window or sit on the porch appreciating the view. The screened-in porch was one of the best parts: relaxing with a beautiful view. It was chilly while we were there, but we spent a lot of time out there. Still, the chilly weather also allowed us to use the fireplace. The house was spacious and well-maintained. If you plan to make meals there, we used the kitchen a lot, and everything in that space was great. It was so nice, and we have already recommended it to others.

Marisa’s house is a beautiful cabin that was worth every penny. It is convenient to Brevard and the Pisgah Forest for the fishing and outdoor enthusiast. Marisa was very accommodating to my group and was prompt to responding to messages. The house was clean and lacked no amenities. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, etc. and linens were plentiful. I would recommend Marisa’s place for anyone hoping to get away and stay in a beautiful part of North Carolina.

The place is in a serene location, warm, and is very clean. We were there as 11 guests, adults and kids and we loved it. Billiard table and table tennis are just some of the activities you can spend your time with at the location, not to mention all the games that are available. We would go back any time and enjoy this beautiful property. Highly recommended!

We needed a place for our blended family to finally meet and have time together. One of the bedrooms had bunks which became the kids room. They loved it. They also loved the game room, playground and bathing in the heart shaped jacuzzi. The view is amazing, overlooking a pond with the mountains in the background. We had groups playing golf and tennis. It was too cold for the pool but I’m sure the kids would have been there if it was warm. There is a beautiful waterfall closer than I thought. There was plenty of room for everyone to dine and just be together. It is definitely a place we will keep in mind for future gatherings.

Like the previous reviewers, I can't praise this place enough. The secluded location is gorgeous, with stupendous views. Inside, the house was spotless, spacious, fun, and simply had a wonderful vibe. Our four-night stay felt too short; we wish we'd had time for double that! If you want a true escape to relax and unwind, look no further – it's a perfect little slice of heaven.

This place is a great stay for anyone looking for a place centrally located in the Cashiers/Sapphire area. Easy and scenic walk around lake Fairfield. Great Mountain View from back patio. Easy access to Sapphire National Golf Course. The place is very spacious with room to spread out for the whole family and it is equipped very well. Roland is responsive and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was well. I highly recommend staying here!

Thanks for having us! We really enjoyed the adorable A-frame home, beautiful view, and amenities. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It is not a bad drive to downtown Brevard, Dupont, and dozens of waterfall hikes. My kids loved the bonfire with a mountain view. The only issue was that the pergola was roped off and that was not shown or mentioned in the pictures/post. We were pretty excited to watch the sunset there, so that was a bummer. Other than that, I’d give them 5 stars!
