It's the ideal wintertime alpine headquarters: Cranmore, King Pine, Red Hill, & Abenaki ski areas are nearby plus Gunstock, Ragged Mt, Waterville Valley, Bretton Woods, Campton & Pleasant are just about 1 hr away. Close enough to spend the day enjoying all the local activities, but just outside all the hustle to have a quiet relaxing fire in the woods. Cranmore Mountain Resort and Saco river is 2 miles down the road for all your skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, tubing and adventures!
