I really enjoyed my stay at this nice apartment. The host was really great and proactive in helping us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The building is new and I felt very safe and peaceful for being in the city. There are many coffee shops and restaurants a short walking distance away and the mall is also close. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks!

This was a great location for us with local family near by. Celedon city is not typical Saigon, it is quiet with wide walking footpaths and gardens. There’s a lovely atmosphere in the evenings with kids playing and lots of badminton. Location to Aeon is handy and the restaurant downstairs was convenient and tasty ( although not cheap by Saigon standards). If you’re familiar with the area I’d highly recommend this place. If you’re planning to go to district 1 often I’d consider somewhere else as it’s a pretty hectic 40min ride on the scooter.

This place is nice and clean. Very safe with all security guards. Beautiful pool and gym. Yolanda & her husband are so friendly and helpful. Ha Do apartment building is modern. In district 10 but it’s easy to go to different areas and good foods around this area. Highly recommend for foreigners who wants to find a place not expensive like district 1 but convenient ,affordable and beautiful like here.

My family and I had a great time at Yolanda's apartment. There were no surprises when comparing the listing to the apartment, which was very comfortable and offered a beautiful view and plenty of amenities. Yolanda was also very responsive to all of my messages and offered quick assistance when needed. This place will be at the top of my list for future trips to Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon. Muy contentos con la estancia en casa de Trang. La comunicación fue siempre fácil y nos ayudó mucho con varias cosas durante nuestros días allí. El apartamento está muy nuevo y cuidado, el edificio está en la mejor ubicación dentro de la ciudad y las instalaciones son excelentes, leímos en algunos comentarios que habían cambiado las normas en la piscina.. nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema para acceder y disfrutar de las instalaciones. Es cierto que el baño está dentro de una de las habitaciones pero al viajar con nuestra hija de 3 años no fue un problema. Hay menaje limitado pero tampoco cocinamos en el apartamento. Gracias por todo!

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Annie en famille. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Annie est chaleureuse et réactive en cas de besoin. Le seul point négatif, c'est le bruit des travaux du voisinage le matin...

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
