Very clean, the cleaners work hard. Very bright, a window on the entire wall. There are also large curtains. The window, or rather the glass wall, faces the street and there are special bars so that no one can see you, but you can see the street. It is very convenient. The room is in excellent condition, nice renovation. All the staff are friendly and nice people. They provide free water. But you need to leave the room and pour it from the cooler into a carafe. They also have the option of putting the entire cooler for you, this is an additional service that costs $1.5 for 20 liters of water, which is very cheap and I ordered it. Water is a very big plus for this place. There is a great restaurant 20 meters away, not expensive but very tasty. There is a store 10 meters away, open 24/7.

She's the best host ever and what a wonderful apartment

The team was great, the location was close to a lot but still in a more quiet area, and the place itself was very clean. The only thing was with so many people communicating there were a couple instances where different members of the team gave us different instructions. However, overall they were very responsive, they accommodated us on a last second extension of our stay in another unit they had and the building is very nice. Would recommend to anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh.

We picked this apartment because it was close to our friend's place. Very good location - supermarket, Lotte shopping mall and lots of option for food within walking distance. The apartment is big and spacious for my family of 5. Thank you Nam!

Apartment is located at the center of District 1 and some of the major attractions are well within walking distance. The apartment is generally clean, although there were some wet towels in the washing machine and the toilet. Host was responsive and helpful in resolving our issues. My toddler son enjoyed the stay and we will choose to stay in this place again if we were to come back to HCM City.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
