A very large house able to host large groups. A lot of amenities. Private and quiet. Perfect for family or business events. Worth the money

Grace was an excellent host. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone wanting to stay in Taipei.

硬體都非常棒，有很大的客廳可以讓小孩玩耍，也有戶外烤肉區(但要22:00前收拾完畢)，小缺點是戶外比較多蒼蠅要注意，房間跟浴室也很乾淨整潔，價格雖然不算便宜，但整體來說都很棒！

Would totally recommend this place, its not too far from metro station and convenient store nearby. The place is clean and cozy and host is helpful.

Great hosts, met us downstairs to walk us through the instructions to get to the place. Spoke good English for us to understand, very responsive, clean place, comfortable beds, highly recommended!

넓어요. 여름에 오면 시원하고 좋을 것 같아요. 창문 밖 시야가 탁 트여있어요. 방 3개, 욕실 2개 / 안방욕실에는 욕조가 있어서 편했어요. 수건은 없습니다. 없는지 모르고 왔는데 수건 제공해주셨어요. 친절한 호스트 감사합니다.

安靜舒適，交通便利，值得推薦的房源

Jack is very responsive and the place is very cozy! Most important is Jack allow us to place or luggage after we checked out since we wanted to explore the neighborhood before moving to Taipei. And also he can communicate well in English

Lynn was very friendly and responsive to my questions, one of which was even my own misunderstanding of how the hot water worked. She not only responded quickly but also made sure I felt comfortable enjoying the accommodation the place provided. The unit was very clean. The washer and dryer provided great convenience for people with longer stay needs. The loft could sleep two, but I mainly stayed on the main floor and slept on the sofa bed which I had no problem. The security people at the entrance foyer were very professional and friendly. The neighborhood was convenient yet quiet and safe. There were a lot of small stores, local restaurants, a big park and Mitsui Outlet all within walking distance. The transportations to Taipei City or Taoyuan airport were convenient too. There were different bus routes and MRT to take. I had a wonderful 2 week stay there and would recommend this place if you plan to stay in Linkou.

very cozy home. even though the building is rather old, the condo itself is nicely renovated, clean, and neatly organized. you can tell that the host has put a lot of thought into making it as comfortable as possible. the condo comes stocked with extra amenities such as various toiletries, towels, pillows, and more. the toilet comes with a heated bidet seat and the bathroom itself even has a custom vent thing on the ceiling (I’m not sure exactly what it’s called but it was my favorite feature of the condo) that can help warm/cool the bathroom and functionally dries out the bathroom itself and any wet towels (which is extra nice since Taiwan is so humid and things dry very slowly). trash and recyclables can be disposed of in the basement at your convenience. in addition, there is a supermarket as well as a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart within a 3 minute walk so it’s very convenient. overall I would give this place 4.9 out of 5 stars. this is a fantastic place to stay at.

La anfitriona realmente encantadora, la casa preciosa y perfecta, todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía inolvidable, realmente es un lugar que te recomendamos alquilar, nosotros que somos Nómadas digitales hace 10 años, nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia tan amorosa y bella como esta! la anfitriona nos dejó un late check out, nos tenia te, café, agua e incluso pasteles!!! El baño tenía shampoo, jabones, de alta calidad, una oficina hermosa y confortable para poder trabajar y todo lo necesario para no querer irse! de hecho extendimos un día más! gracias gracias gracias

We had a great and comfortable stay. The room was clean and Ken's check-in guide was very helpful. I will definitely book again the room.

Amanda is a wonderful host, she came to meet us and is quite responsive . The place has all the amenities, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with bidet and toilet warmers. everything is clean and she gave us instructions as to how to get around. it's good for families with elderly since you don't need to clim stairs .They have elevator in the building. It was a good stay for us.

Grace房東阿姨的房子位置非常方便，步行2分鐘就到捷運站。房間乾淨設施齊全。我晚上航班11點才抵達，阿姨本人在場等待迎接我入住，指引清晰並且主動推薦周邊的美食，十分感謝。很適合自由行入住的性價比民宿，推薦！

We very enjoyed our stay. The location is great, very convenient to go anywhere using the public transportation. Coco is very responsive as well.
