The Bunkhouse @ Stone Gate Farm & Sculpture Park

This Bunky is a separate mini-house on our farm with a view of the fields, pasture, & duck pond. Enjoy the 1 km tour of the sculpture park, the 5 km of trails, or the shared pool and year round hot tub. The Bunhkouse has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and open concept living room/kitchen. It sleeps two comfortably and can fit 2 extra guests on the fold down living room futon. There’s free Wi-Fi and 24" Smart TV. Welcome to an amazing winter experience in our cozy guesthouse and sauna. Soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the guesthouse in front of the fireplace and turn on the diffuser to create the most relaxing evening! There are various aromatic oils to choose from. You can also make an outdoor fire in the large firepit. There is plenty of wood on site! Everything you need to unwind, relax and connect with nature! The floor is heated and the fireplace provides additional warmth to the loft bedroom.

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

It is 10mins from London Airport and a Tesla pick-up and drop-off can be negotiated. The home is big enough for a group of 4 individuals . It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage.
