This holiday home is a 2 storey 5 BR property with Lake Eildon frontage. The lake is accessed from the front of the property when the water level is up. Ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking or boat mooring. The house is set on 2 acres with wildlife. This a cosy 70s style holiday house with a new kitchen, living area, bathrm, toilet and 2 bedrooms upstairs. With a more modern extension downstairs we have 3 more b/rms, another living area with pool table plus the 2nd bathrm, toilet and laundry.

Be seduced by the secluded softness of a cool climate rainforest where privacy, peace and relaxation are the order of the day. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets).
