This beautifully sun drenched, light & open planned home is six years old & right on the Coastal walkway. A 30 second walk takes you to a small reserve with seating right on the ocean. Located in a quiet garden setting, & with large bifold doors opening onto a sun drenched deck.. Again a 30 second walk to the local shops& cafē’s It’s a short 15 min walk to Sumner surf beach, cinema, more cafes and wonderful restaurants. I’m on the direct bus route frm Christchurch International Airport.

The Carebnb team is responsive and helpful Ideal for those exploring New Brighton with nearby hot pools playgrounds and library. A car is necessary to go into the city but street parking is usually available
